How CDS works
More choice over who provides your care
CDS is designed for eligible individuals who can direct their own personal-care services. The participant is responsible for selecting and supervising the attendant, while the CDS provider supports required administrative functions.
A qualified family member or friend may be able to serve as the paid attendant. A spouse or legal guardian cannot serve as the CDS attendant, and all attendants must meet applicable requirements.

The appropriate Missouri agency determines eligibility, assesses needs and authorizes services.
Complete enrollment
After authorization, we coordinate provider and attendant setup before services begin.
