For families considering CDS
Choose someone you trust for CDS care.
An eligible CDS participant may hire a qualified family member or friend as a paid attendant. Superb Caregivers helps with attendant enrollment, payroll and required program paperwork.
Eligibility rules apply.Not every person or caregiving arrangement qualifies. A spouse or legal guardian cannot serve as the CDS attendant, and all attendants must meet applicable program requirements.

Who may qualify for personal-care services?
Programs have different financial, functional and program-specific requirements. Contact us to discuss the referral process; the appropriate Missouri agency makes the final eligibility determination.
What is the difference between CDS and In-Home Services?
With CDS, an eligible participant directs their personal-care services and selects and supervises an attendant. In-Home Services use an agency model in which the provider assigns and supervises the caregiver for authorized tasks.
How do I start a referral?
